Are your seasonings Gluten Free?

Yes! Our range is gluten-free and crafted without any preservatives or additives. Our labels provide a 'may contain' statement since we manufacture in a shared kitchen co-op where equipment may have encountered allergens like wheat and rye before undergoing thorough sanitisation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer shipping to overseas countries such as USA, France, NZ and UK, to name a few. Refer to our Shipping Policy to see if we ship to your location.

How can I track my order?

You can locate your tracking information within your email order confirmation. To track your order, simply enter the provided tracking number into the delivery service's tracking page for real-time updates on your shipment.

How long does shipping usually take?

For domestic orders, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days. International delivery times can be found in our Shipping Policy, with a general guide of 8-15 days for international orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by PayPal, debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay, along with digital payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

How do I return a product or request an exchange?

We have a 30-day Returns and Refund Policy for unopened products. Authorised returns should be sent to Po Box 2112, Magill North, SA 5072 Australia. Refunds are issued upon receipt, minus shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We don't currently offer exchanges; instead, please return the item and place a new order. Find more details in our Returns and Refund Policy.
