Use as a dry rub directly onto meat or vegetables before grilling. 

Marinade Option
Combine with olive oil and coat your choice of protein or veggies. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours for maximum flavour. 

Chimichurri Sauce Recipe
Add a depth of flavour to your chimichurri by rehydrating 1-2 spoonfuls of the mixture with red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
